Welcome to National Institute for Ethics in AI

I'm Cynthia L. Elliott, author and communications pioneer. My passion for making a meaningful impact inspired the creation of NIEAI and its parent, the SoulTech Foundation. These mission-driven nonprofits are dedicated to helping humanity transition through the Age of AI smoothly and equitably.

NIEAI advocates for and educates leaders, businesses, and the government on ethical issues and opportunities in AI. We believe AI should be harnessed to create a more harmonious and equal future for mankind.

The SoulTech Foundation leverages the latest technology to enhance the lives of transitioning workers, especially the underrepresented. Our goal is to move people from survival mode to thriving mode in the Age of AI.

NIEAI offers certifications, courses, workshops, and training in basic AI and AI ethics to help organizations and businesses adapt quickly to the changes AI brings. This work supports the SoulTech Foundation's efforts to upskill underserved communities with AI literacy.

Cynthia L. Elliott

Director of the National Institute for Ethics in AI, Cynthia L. Elliott, is a communications pioneer, social activist, and best-selling social theory author. She champions the ethical research, engineering, and implementation of artificial intelligence across various industries. Her leadership ensures that AI technologies are developed and deployed responsibly, promoting fairness, transparency, and societal benefit.

As Director of the SoulTech Foundation, the parent non-profit of NIEAI, Cynthia focuses on educating underserved communities to prepare them for competitiveness in the Age of AI. A child of the orphanage and foster care system, she is inspired to empower challenged individuals with essential skills to enhance life and work experiences.
